I had a pleasant stay at this park hotel, which boasts a fantastic location just a short stroll from the Hopkins River. The grounds are beautifully kept, and there's plenty for families to enjoy, such as mini-golf and walking trails. However, the indoor heated pool was not clean, and there were some issues with noise from other guests that impacted our experience. Overall, it's a great spot for families, but it could use some improvements in certain areas.

We had a wonderful stay in a powered campsite for two nights. The customer service was exceptional and genuinely made our experience enjoyable. The facilities for kids were fantastic, and everything was clean and well-maintained. However, I encountered an issue with management regarding a misunderstanding about our checkout date, which slightly marred our overall experience.

This holiday park is a wonderful escape, nestled between Warrnambool and Allansford, offering numerous family-friendly activities. The grounds are immaculately maintained, and the dog-friendly cabins are a huge plus, especially for guests traveling with furry companions. However, I did have concerns about cleanliness and maintenance in the cabin, which was disappointing given our history with the park.

Our dog-friendly studio cabin was cozy and well-equipped, although it could have used a few more hooks for hanging clothes. It was generally clean and had a comfortable bed, but I noticed some upkeep issues including mold and cobwebs.

I had a lovely experience at this park hotel, which is just a bit out of town, but definitely worth the drive. The grounds are beautifully maintained and have so many activities for the whole family to enjoy. The cabin we stayed in was older but serviceable, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. However, being a little too far from town and some attractions was a minor downside, but overall, it felt like a great value for the money.

I had a great stay at this holiday park, which is beautifully kept and perfect for families with kids and pets. The facilities were impressive, especially the heated pool and loads of activities for the children. However, the dog-friendly cabin, while cozy, was a bit small and could use a few more hooks for hanging clothes. Overall, it felt like a great value for money, especially with the discounts on offer.
